Academic Procedure
Minimum age for studying in classes from Nursery to XII class is 3+ to 16+ respectively. Admissions are open, every year, from October onwards. Students are interviewed and tested before admission is granted. The new academic session beings in April of every year.
Registration-cum-admission form for any future session should be filled in and deposited in the School with the prescribed fees. Preference is given to a child registered earlier, provided he/she qualifies. Prior registration is a pre-condition for admission. Suitability of the child is determined by various rules. Reliable proof of age is required.
Students transferring from other schools are required to submit their transfer certificates and progress reports at the time of admission. The new students must present the original Birth Certificate at the time of admission and submit its copy for our records.
Rules for Withdrawal of students:
- In case the child is to be withdrawn, two clear months advance notice is a must, otherwise two months fees is payable in lieu thereof, even for children who have been admitted but have not joined the School, or are to be taken back more or less immediately after joining.
- Transfer Certificate can be issued within 15 days of submission of application in prescribed format.
- Transfer Certificate can not be issued if previous school TC/documents are not submitted by parents.
This rule is not applicable to outgoing students of class XII

Fee Structure
Fees have to be deposited as per schedule. The amount of fee is linked with Consumer's Price Index and DA percentage as announced from time to time by the Government of India.
Monthly fees should be deposited by the 11th of the first month of every month. Kindly note - NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT : Fees should be deposited through Cash/Bank Drafts in name of "UCSKM Public School" payable at Bhiwadi.
